Using your Lucy Cobb voucher online

This guide is only for vouchers issued on our previous website. Current Lucy Cobb gift cards bought from this online store should be entered exactly as issued, without any conversion.

For a voucher from our previous website, change only its first character using the guide below. Every other character stays unchanged.

If your code already has 16 digits

If a voucher from our previous website begins with 6, enter 5 instead. Keep every other character exactly the same.

If your shorter code starts with A

If a voucher from our previous website begins with A, enter B instead. Keep every other character exactly the same, then add zeroes at the beginning until the complete code has 16 characters.

How to use your voucher

Confirm that the voucher came from our previous website. Do not convert a current Shopify gift card.
If the old code begins with 6, replace only that first character with 5.
If the old code begins with A, replace only that first character with B, then add zeroes at the beginning until the complete code has 16 characters.
Keep every other character unchanged and enter the converted code in the gift card or discount code box.

Enter the complete 16-character code without spaces.

Not sure which code to use?

Please contact us and tell us whether your old voucher is a 16-digit code or a shorter code beginning with A. You may include only the last four characters so we can help identify the format.

Please do not send the full voucher code, its balance, or any payment details.
